How do I book ?

A non-refundable and non-transferable of 60% deposit must be made to secure your date for booking and the balance to be paid 2 weeks to event.
When should I make the booking for my wedding day makeup?
Slots for Wedding day makeup services tend to fill up quite fast. As a result of that, I recommend that you book your wedding day makeup service anywhere between 3-9 months in advance to ensure that your requested date and time is available. If your wedding date is less than 3 months away, still submit an inquiry as your preferred date just may be available.
How long does a typical makeup session last?
The duration of a makeup session varies depending on the type and scope of the event but it usually takes between 1 to 2 hours.
Do you give refunds?
Unfortunately no. We have a strict no refund policy so kindly read through and be sure before booking.
These are our Terms & conditions
I. Booking
A NON-REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERRABLE 60% deposit must be made to secure booking. The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks (a month) before event date. Full payment is to be made if your booking is done a month or less to your event. Payment of deposit indicates that client has read and understood all the terms and conditions and as such won’t be expecting a refund in the event of a cancellation.
II. TRAVEL POLICY.
1. Travel to Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale ,Bono Region, Ho and any location outside Ghana is strictly by flight only.
A flat rate of GHC 400 is to be paid with all Accra bookings. Kasoa, Pokuase, Tema & its environs attract a fee of GHC 600 for transportation.
Travel to Eastern, Central, parts of Volta, etc attract of GHC 1,000 for transportation.
2. A flat fee of GH¢1,000 cedis is to be paid for all outside Accra bookings to cover for welfare.
3.Client is responsible for the hotel Accommodation of MUA. For the safety of our MUA & team we emphasize on booking a hotel, not a guest house or motel. The choice of hotel will be agreed on by client and MUA prior to the agreed date.
III. CANCELLATION & change of dates:
If for any reason the contract is canceled, the client loses all of her payment deposit. If full payment is made and client cancels one month or earlier to the event date, 40% of the full payment made will be refunded. If cancellation is made 3 weeks or less to the event date the client loses 100% of the deposit made.
Change of date will be accepted based on the MUAs availability on new date and attracts a penalty of 1,000 cedis per date change.
Iv. FORCE Majeure
Minas Makeup Artistry will compensate client for any excessive lateness with a free makeover for the mother of the bride.
A late fee of 200gh shall be charged per every 30mins of delay by clients if scheduled makeup time exceeded.
Client Responsibilities:
As the valued client, your cooperation is essential to ensure a seamless and delightful bridal makeup experience. We kindly request the following responsibilities:
1. Communication: Keep open and clear communication regarding your preferences, expectations, and any changes to the agreed-upon details
2. Clean Face: Arrive with a clean, moisturized face, free from any makeup or skincare products.
3. Allergies and Sensitivities: Disclose any known allergies or skin sensitivities to the makeup artist in advance to ensure the use of suitable products.
4. Feedback: Provide constructive feedback during the trial session and on the wedding day to guarantee your satisfaction.
5. Accessibility: Ensure a well-lit and comfortable space for the makeup application, with adequate power outlets if needed.
6. Preparedness: Have any desired accessories, headpieces, or clothing ready for the makeup application.
By adhering to these responsibilities, we can collectively create a memorable and enjoyable bridal beauty experience.
Photography Usage Agreement:
We are delighted at the prospect of showcasing our collaborative artistry, and we seek your permission to use the photographs captured during the makeup session for promotional purposes. By proceeding with our bridal makeup services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Advertising: You grant us the right to utilize the images in our promotional materials, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, printed materials, and any other marketing channels.
2. Non-Exclusive License: This agreement pro- vides us with a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and reproduce the images for pro- motional purposes.
3. Duration: This permission is valid indefinitely unless otherwise specified in writing.
4. Collaboration: We respect the collaborative nature of this venture and will make reasonable efforts to credit the photographer whenever possible.
5. Sensitive Content: We commit to using the images tastefully and avoiding any content that may be deemed sensitive or inappropriate.
Your consent to this Photography Usage Agreement enables us to showcase our work and reach a wider audience.
